    Yeah, philly area, but bucks county is one of the suburbs near by (also where my parents live) so I was hoping I could find someone who would take him/her, I just haven't had any luck.

    If I had a space for him (currently in an apartment with a dog) I certainly would. People keep telling me to call the SPCA and that it may just be best for him to be put down, but he doesn't seem to be ill in anyway just missing feathers, and I just don't think it's right for them to put him...
