Thanks. That was my best guess too. I'm going to try to get him to eat some oats and peas (his favorite) with a good dose of niacin added and hope he acts more like his usual cantankerous, mistrusting self again.

Greetings fellow backyard bird folks! I'm new to the forum here but not new to backyard chickens. I have a small flock of 8 with a m8x of Buff Orpingtons and Barred Plymouth Rocks. I also have a pair of Pekin drakes. We all live in some kind of harmony in Western Massachusetts.
