    5 week old white rock with open wound on back of neck

    I'm not sure how she got it, but I quarantined her when I saw it yesterday morning. The problem is she is scratching at it with her claws and making it worse. I cleaned it and applied antibiotic ointment this morning, but I think it just aggravated her more because she has broken it open...
