    Update, my chicks are no longer babies. Not laying yet but getting big. Had 19 too many sold 5 now I have 14. 5 Buffs, 5 RIR and 4 Black Copper Marans. Pictures to follow.

    check for pasting. no matter what and clean off the poop. next keep them warm the lamp may have been too close. and to close to the fire.
