    I have a cross that is from a blue copper maran roo and a cream legbar hen. She is 7 weeks old and solid black. I am wondering if she will stay solid black? Do you have pics of yours and age now?

    I have an Olive Egger.. mix from a Cream Legbar Roo and Blue Copper Maran hen. She is solid black in color at 1.5 month old. I am wondering if she will stay black or change colors? At what age do their feathers stop changing?

    I am a total newby at this. We had chickens all my life growing up, but I was the coop cleaner... I never learned the ins and outs of raising chicks or the breeds so I am reading and asking around now as an adult. I love this site and our chicks are doing amazing (in the house right now lol)...
