    Well, turns out i was right after all. All pullets except one very handsome roo and one that i dont know about because it still has that tiny little tail 😅 but definitely 4/6 pullets

    can blue wyandotte (not blr) be black? I got some lavender and blue wyandotte and all the lavender look to be splash(i believe thats what its called) and some of the blues look blue but some are black

    I just bought 5 california whites from tractor supply! They are all white with black spots like a dalmatian. Found this old thread because uze i forgot what they were called as soon as i left the store 😂

    So i bought 3 pullets and 2 laying hens a couple weeks ago. The laying hens and 1 pullet are doing just fine. They have access to layer crumble, oyster shell, black sunflower seeds, and scratch grain. Along with whatever odds and ends i toss in for them. I have a hanging water and food container...

    Possible cemani mix? Inside the mouth isnt black and a couple feathers white hidden under wings. Also, gender? They are about 15 weeks old

    Saw in person, was pretty sure that one and another were male (she didnt know) so traded them out for some other hens. Thabk you 😊
