    Here are a few photos of my SLW....hoping for hens! They are 14 weeks old. first photo is both together, and then I have a few photos of each of them....let me know what you think!

    Yes, I will plan on posting more as they get older if I am still unsure. I will have to research the hatchery Dark Cornish, thanks for the information!

    #2 and #3 are supposed to be pullets....that is what I am hoping for, but majority are saying cockerel, but they are not trying to crow, but the #5's are!

    Thank you! I have gotten some silver laced and columbian wyandottes pullets, or at least I thought I did.....I have some now saying they are roos..... :( If they turn out to be roosters, I will be rather upset as I ordered these from a company that boasted to be 90% correct......

    I am in need of a third or fourth or more opinion here.....on another forum I was told one thing, and then I had someone else tell me the opposite on a couple of these chickens genders. They are Wyandottes Thanks for any help!!

    HI! I have had chickens for many years now, but have just stuck with the ones from the local feed store. I have since fallen in love with the Wyandottes and would like to start getting several different kinds to add to my Bared rock and buff orpingtons. Spending time with my chickens is peaceful...
