Everything actually seems to be alright! I made the call and gently peeled back some of the drying membrane after moistening it. After about five minutes the chick popped out along with two others. I have three chicks and the others seem like they will hatch shortly too. :wee:wee
This is my first time hatching with a broody, and also my first time hatching my own chickens. Ever. Things were going well until yesterday (day 21) the hen started to eat the chicks as they pipped. She ate two before I found out and took the eggs away from her. I moved them to my Hovabator...
