    I just watched someone kiss one of my birds, repeatedly.

    Chickens can carry salmonella. She could easily get extremely sick. Please tell your wife why it's not a good idea to kiss chickens. You can ask anyone here.Please be sure to wash your hands after touching chickens,too.

    Hello Everyone, I'm new to BYC!

    I need all the help I can get. I' m going to have a neighbor build my coop from materials on hand etc... I need to find the best coop for me & to keep out the raccoons & opossoms. Thanks for the heads up!

    Hi I'm Hen57 & am researching chicken's to see how time consuming it would be. Also, I can't lift heavy things because of my back.I 'm also thinking how much fun it would be to clean the coop in 40 degree rain.

    Where am I? Where are you? I'm Hen57,& brand new here. I am in San Antonio, & am researching chickens & coops. Not sure if I could do this, am disabled & alone. My 3 furr girls,cats would love the chickens though!
