    Too MANY eggs?

    I dont sell mine but I do have happy neighbors and family, my next door neighbor agreed to put up with my rooster in trade for brown eggs I get, fair enough.

    The girls have gotten lazy on me have 4 that are laying and slowed to 2 or 3 a day.

    I stumbled on here when wife wanted to get some for eggs, I had never been around chickens and needed to learn quick, now two years later and getting to love my babies im so glad she did and have learned so much.

    Have 7 now just picked up two small Barred rock babies and this number suits me.

    I have been very fortunate I am getting 3 a day from 3 hens, occasionally someone will take a day off and only get two.
