My goofy Easter egger has never figured out how to use the nesting box unlike her "sisters"...so she lays them in the corner of the coop & IMMEDIATELY eats her egg! She quit for awhile & now she's back at it again...any advice? Thanks!

My french mastiff was VERY curious when it came to the chicks...She has a VERY HIGH prey drive so we honestly expected her to eat one or two! well, she got too close and got pecked in the face. But now she keeps her distance and the chickens are now 6 months and keep their distance too...
i need advice! We had our hens in our garage in a nice coop and a nice run for a couple of months and they were SO noisy! So, this weekend we moved them outside once we got a nice big pen built for them and their coop. They were so quiet during the day, just pecking around....then last night...
My Easter Egger has always been VERY goofy acting..not very quick to catch on to things :) All four hens have been laying for over 4 weeks now, and she is the only one who WILL NOT LAY IN THE NESTING BOX! She also ate her first egg she ever laid! Now, she will lay them on the bottom of the coop...
My 9 week old rooster (bought the cockerel thinking it was a pullet at 4 wks old) is timid to us, yet when i let him and the other 4 pullets roam in their run, he gets very feisty and starts hopping around them...is this just dominance behavior?? In the coop he is more laidback..
