    That is a really good point. I have actually seen mouse droppings recently in the coop - I'm in St. Louis, MO. Do you think that would be enough to startle them off the roost? Do you have any suggestions on getting rid of mice? I obviously can't do traps or poison.

    Free Barred Rock Rooster-Hazel (now Hank) found a new home - Thanks Everyone!

    We have a 15-week old barred rock rooster who was supposed to be a hen - LOL. He has been hand raised, is friendly and healthy. He is free to a good home. We are located in the St. Louis area and would be happy to deliver him.
