She doesnt seem sick at all but I have been slowly adding the new chicks to the pen they are all in the pen together but separated so they can see but not touch so maybe that is stressing her out?
I have had one hen laying oddly shaped and wrinkly eggs for about a week. I cracked one open today and it had something weird inside kind of looks like a blood spot but also had a crusty bit. Attached is a picture
I am hoping that it isn't a rooster. I got them at a feed store where they said that they are all girls but the signs are saying that might not be true
It is all white like shown in the pictures has never acted like a roo very skiddish from the beginning. I have had a rooster in the past and it was always friendly till the hormones kicked in. The legs seem the same size as the other ones
I have 3 easter Eggers they are approximately 9 weeks old now. The white one has me questioning if it is indeed female. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
