Hey onthespot-
I took a look at your website I never knew that eggs could be that color, WOW!.
Do you raise all of the types of chickens on your website? They are beautiful.
It's good to see fellow Californians post. I am in Norco-Riverside County. I agree that this area is getting more crowded by the day but Norco is keeping true to it's animal keeping. Yay!
I have 3 hens with the same issue and I thought it was from the rooster also but their feathers are not coming back in. They have been this way for a couple of months now.
One of these hens is starting to act a little crazy too.
Any advice anyone?
Thank you all so very much for the advice and instruction. Sorry to say though that this little chick didn't make it. I tapped my fingers like there was no tomorrow but he wasn't interested. We're sad!
I am so glad to have found you all though! Again thank you!
I have two goats ( i don't know their breed, they're a mix). We have two sisters...one was weaned and the other we bottle fed. They are both so friendly though, when they were almost full grown they were still trying to get in our lap when we sat down.

My dogs love it too! I was told to sprinkle powdered meat tenderizer on the dog's food and then they wont eat any poo! I haven't tried it yet, but I am willing to try anything.
I have a 3 day old chick who stands and walks for a few seconds and then crouches down and rests its head on the ground.
It has not eaten as far as I know, I have tried hardboiled egg yolk. I have dunked its beak in the water but the bird does not do any of this on its own.
It had a messy...
