Does anyone use a dehumidifier in the coop during the winter?

With wind chill and daily temps being below freezing and for several days in a row here in KY... I'm keeping everyone inside the coop. Of course, that means feeding and using, unheated water bowls, inside the coop. Does/can anyone use a dehumidifier inside the coop to reduce the moisture from poo?
