I’ve asked elsewhere about this. Our 2 1/2mth old male gosling has the same problem. It’s only become apparent as his primaries have developed. He is forever hitching them up (reminds me of loose knicker elastic).

We have a pair of mixed breed goslings (not related). They are approx 2 ½ mths. Her wings are beautiful and she has even flown a couple of metres today!! But Albert has a problem keeping his wings tidily on his back, just like the OP’s goosey.
Please could someone reassure me that this defect...
