    I am not getting store chicks this year....i ordered online! My ducklings should be here in the next couple days YAY!!! Chicks in march. I ordered from Metzer, and my pet chicken...ill let you guys know how it goes lol

    But i can claim size if they are weighed and the correct size correct? We would deff sell ungraded, regardless. Also, if i don't claim a size, i can sell mixed sizes? Or should they be all pretty close to the same sizes in one carton?

    We currently have under 20 laying hens...so basically backyard style.

    Where did you find the information on if it is less 10,000 you do not need to do anything (i assume labeling still needs to be correct) i am trying to find it, but cant. Or was it just what they told you? Shouldnt it be somewhere in the VT AG laws?

    Thats actually a myth, but to each there own (: i breed supers, and ill tell ya, they say that with reptiles too but mine have never had an issue ever. Plus i handle mine with my hands, and I've never gotten "bit" by one once.

    Waiting on our TSC for chicks. Still haven't come in yet, and even the staff are antsy waiting for them. I live around Rutland Vermont just for people around me if there interested in this information. The local stores around wont have any for a few more months, so i'm keeping my eyes peeled and...
