I have lots of chickens, somewhere around 70 right now, but the number is always rising! (Thanks, chicken math.) I also have ducks, geese, and quail.

~Mehitabel: Pygmy Nigerian cross doe, Violet's daughter, and the first kid born on our farm

~Lilac: Pygmy doe, almost died trying to eat my rabbit's hay

Chicken math has had it's hold on me for so long I forgot what life was like before chickens. Now, I have a homestead with horses, mini donkeys, alpacas, goats, cats, rabbits, chickens, ducks, quail, geese, fish, and a Border Collie.
