Thank you so much! Now I have another chicken laying! My BCM crossed with an Ameraucana. Her egg on the right! Compared to the others I gotten so far (:

We have eggs! Teal/spearmint? The big question what color?! Also, I have no idea which one laid it! I guess I'm going to have to watch and see who is! She lays it around 2to 4 each day, pretty late in the day. I thought they would lay early but we will see with the other 9, when they start...

In GA. Yes! He is a beautiful roo! A lot of people around here have ordinary layers, but some have more rare fancier ones too! I love my flock. It has been a joy to raise them! I ended up with 4 rooster out of the 11 I got. 2 of the roos went to pots. I kept the other two.
