    hens can fall of their roost and have a heart attack, but that is weird that it would happen to two of them.

    option 1 would be to separate her from the others, if she is weak they might do more damage. treat her injuries and try to get her back to normal option 2 would be just put her down

    yeah the chicken wire doesnt do much the wire mesh is what protects it, im just worried that when the birds are free reanging the fisher will come back

    hmmmm with my flock i seperated the hen that was causing the problems for a few days, but since you only have two wouldn't recommend that. maybe just watch them for a while at night them may have settleed their spat and everythign is clam

    wire mesh that is renforced with chicken wire, the first morning the fisher was circling the run but couldnt find a way in.

    Those sports are when my hens peck at eachother during a pecking order dispute. i wouldnt really worry unless you see a rash or scabs.

    the security is solid i would say, the run has two layers of wire running around the entire structure. Would is it attracted to the smell of the hens or is it a random that it was there 2 out of three days

    Does anyone have any experience with these monsters, one was outside the coop a few days ago then in tree last night. I tried to shoot it out of the tree but missed probabl ynot my best idea. Thanks !
