    Well here is the answer I came up with. I took an egg emptied it through a small hole in the fat end. I then filed it with vegetable oil stuck the probe in and glued the hole shut. Since it is supposed to simulate the inside temp of the egg I figure I can't get any more accurate. Or at least...
