UPDATE: 2/7/23 Land Use Board agreed to send the requirements to the Borough Council for consideration. 10,000 SF lots and above will be able to have chickens. 15,000 SF lots will be able to have 6, over an acre will have 12. We are making progress.
Greetings all!! New member here in Hopatcong NJ. We are looking at raising chickens starting this Spring and are wondering if there are members in our area. Specifically looking to see if there are any special codes we need to follow that are not obvious. THANKS!!!
