    Cracked Beak 7w/o Chick

    My 7 week old(hatched 06/25/18) Light Brahma has a crack in her beak extending from nasal cavity to the centerish of her beak. I’ve sprayed Vetercyn on it. I’m do not know how she cracked it. I’ve read that some people use teabag/super glue to protect and heal it. Any suggestions?

    Shes going broody, she is trying to hatch the egg basically. She will pluck feathers out of her breast and limit her eating and drinking. Take the egg anyways. She will probably peck at you. Try stuffing a few ice cubes under her. She will eventually stop.
