    I show you the new entries in our family: 3 baby Serama, hatched from eggs gifted by my brother. They were 18 eggs, 12 were good but then only 3 chicks… anyway better three than nothing. The three are so sweet and cute, I can’t wait to see if they are hens or roo!

    I think the killer was a marten. The snow of this winter bend a little the wire-net roof and there was a small hole. We planned to fix it but too late :(

    last night a beast killed all my chickens :( The only safe is Dora because she was sick and it was a week she was in my house in a dog kennel. They were sweet hens and i loved all them so much. It is very sad :(

    I'm in your same situation. A breeder suggest to deworm even if I can't see any sign. I took a medicine to give in the water but now I'm waiting as they are laying and I think it will be a pity throw away eggs for a week...

    Hi! Soon I'll be a "breeder" of Seramas me too! Next week I'll go to take a couple (or maybe a trio) from a good breeder. I can't wait to have these mini-chickens! :love
