Lonely girl
My run is big enough for my chickens in numbers, but not large. The chick is about 6 months old now almost the size of a regular hen. I can't isolate the bullies, because its damn near all of them. Different ones start it, then she runs and squawks and the entire flock chases her and acts...- J99

I've let the mother hens do the hatching and raising lately. They do fine, but the issue I've run into is i had one batch that only one lived to hatch date, making her a loner. Well after the mama was done with her, little by little my flock turned on her and try to kill her off...- J99

What’s in my coop???
My coop Is infested in something But it’s something that’s so tiny I can’t see it and doesn’t effect my chickens ( they look normal act normal lay normal no marks on legs, no odd behavior etc) But it must fly because it’s like a million tiny mosquito bites all o we need when I get out of there...- J99

My chick drowned
I ended up having to not put enough waters in the pools until they could get out I ldon’t st two chicks and one was after we added bricks so no they can still drown with bricks -

that is true but her mother didn’t reject her until she was five weeks old , which is about standard I believe and even then she wasn’t one that was mean to her Until now and they all Seem to be I just don’t know- J99

well she wasn’t alone she was raised in the flock the entire time but she didn’t have tony ones with her Yes that is my idea but it’s hard to find chicks I want that’s close to me that’s pullets that’s her age or close lol But that is my idea at this point- J99
