I am retired with a disability through Fire Rescue. I was shop foreman until I had to have my spine fused which left me in chronic pain. I love animals especially birds,(parrots) dogs, cats and Iguanas. I almost forgot my chickens. I am happily married and have beautiful grandchildren. They keep you young!

Why do you want to join our community?
I am fairly new at raising chickens and want to learn more on how to take care of them. I had 6 RIR'S and 2 pit bulls killed all but 1. I have 9 RIR'S pullets and am starting all over. This time they will be in Fort Knox. I am putting up a double security fence with movement sensors.
