    So I found this chart that has all these color patterns of button quail. And I thought this one looked so cool with the yellow. Anyone know anything about it? Possibly what colors to breed to get that or such? Thanksss Fallow pink eye.. says gene is yy? How would you even get that

    Oh ok well I'm gonna assume since the eggs supposedly came from a pair of parents that this male is gonna be a red breasted I thought darth vader at first but im just now seeing hints of blue showing. Also he's very mad at me manhandling him for some photos xD

    Hey so I hatched a terrible hatch rate of button quail earlier this spring and have 2 to show for it. Ones 100% whatever the classic blue color one is, or maybe red breasted. Male for sure But this one I'm not sure about his heads kinda black and theirs almost what looks to be a bib ever so...

    Nope he's making progress. Bob whites take a long time to mature. Are you planning on eating them or releasing them or..? I release and sell em so I usually just buy chicks.     If your wondering why the one has a red mullet it's because he was too loud its a trick I learned it works 60 percent of the time. He used to peep nonstop if I was out of sight 5 seconds I usually use green but all I had was a orange sharpie so..but yea it mutes a whiny baby haha
