    Good morning chickhan, It is different! The pace of life is slower, lots of space, but almost impossible to earn a living unless you are a fluent french speaker or a needed trade. We are retired and manage to live on our pensions despite the decline in the euro. Quality of life for is is great...

    My wife and I live in central France and 4 years ago started with 5 laying birds now have about 120 assorted Chicken, ducks and geese some are pets others for the freezer - we also sell a few chicks to friends . Looking forward to enjoying this site
