    also when the swelling appeared to be going down on my chick i stopped putting cream on her and cleaning her so her butt could just heal and the feathers would get a chance to grow back

    mines about three weeks old and it’s all healed! i used cortisone cream (or vasaline) and applied it to the swollen area and gave her a warm butt bath every day to clear the clogged areas and eventually it went down and she didn’t get picked on.
