    Hi all! Located outside of eagle. Have barred rock for egg layers, a few Cornish meat birds, and am always looking for retired birds to feed to my dogs. We raw feed our dogs, so let me know if you are getting rid of any birds!

    I went ahead and passed on purchasing these. The seller didn't seem to want, and never did, send me pictures or tell me what color the feet were after I asked. He instead told me how expensive they were to buy from a hatchery. It wasn't worth the hour drive here to find out they were not...

    I am new to raising chicks. I have had a few chickens, and hatched ducks, but chicks are a new thing. I noticed today that my only male has a odd looking "growth" on his chest. Is this normal? [/IMG]
