    Wisconsin: Appleton - chickens not allowed

    I'm considering purchasing a house in the city of Appleton, but chickens are currently banned from the city by the Health Dept - for sanitation reasons. What are the appropriate steps to go about in order to (attempt) to get the law changed?? Any advice and suggestions are much appreciated.
