My 5 hens had mites, we have gotten rid of the mites but the chickens are still not laying. Any ideas?

I just got home and looked at their combs and they a pale pinkish color. What do I do?

No There is no evidence any of them are eating the eggs. And the red parts are all red. No noticeable changes in the way they act or interact.

No they are not molting and I have been checking all the spots they like to hang out and found no eggs. I think they are red, what would it mean if they weren't?
