    What day do I need to remove the eggs that are past due from the hen? I don't think she's going to give up she's still sitting consistently on them.

    It's just weird to me I check the eggs throughout the process and I see them developing and then it comes time for hatch and nothing

    That is all good information to know. Thanks for telling me. The rooster was rehomed so unfortunately even if I wanted to I can’t try to hatch chicks again since the eggs won’t be fertile. In the future if I get another rooster, what are you supposed to feed them?

    Yes it is fresh and the rooster has been on the feed since he was 18 weeks so around 3 months

    I'm sad. They look to be pretty well developed I just don't see any movement. It's been multiple days after so I guess there is not much hope. This is my second time trying to let my broody hatch and it's failed.

    She has 12 right now. She started out with 12, I had to remove 2 on the 13th day because they were not developing, and now she is back to 12.

    Yeah, I'm not very optimistic. I don't know what happened. She sat on those eggs every single day and did not get up often. I candled and saw 2 eggs with movement, however, they are ones that were added by other hens a few days after the initial ones and I don't know what day they are on.

    Yes, all eggs were placed on the same day. I just candled and one was moving around inside
