    Actually after checking again, it is her ear hole and the whole thing is blocked and enlarged. Would it hurt her to try and pull whatever it is out? Or would you suggest having a vet do that?

    It's difficult to see but its pushed up from the skin sort of like a hard large black head. Like a pore is filled or swollen. I'm not sure how else to describe it
