recently my rooster was attacked by a neighborhood dog and now my chickens are all out of sorts. Constantly cackling and worried and now they will not sleep in the coop. I have 2 hens that have been sitting on eggs and they just hatched today. One hen is a great mama and her chicks are all happy and healthy. The other hen laid next to our barn and not in the coop and she has at least 2 dead chicks, 1 weak chick and 2 healthy chicks. The hen is not moving around...
