Oh you want a Bator that is High maintenance and prone to failure. Outside changes in humidity and temperature will push your system o/s the nominal. A thermostat is the proper choice, even the cheapest of incubators has a "THERMOSTAT", And yes thermostat can run a cooling fan as well.
