I was reading this thread and was hoping somebody could me try to confirm if have the bird I have is welsummer roo barred rock hen cross. Long story short I had a hen go broody and after 2 months, I got some hatching eggs where the roo is welsummer but the hen is unknown. Here are a couple pics...
Wanted to bump this with an update, i've had hens for about 8 months and now that its the middle of winter the going out every morning and night in the cold is making me look for a low cost cheater option.
