    Brinsea Eco 20 with autoturn!!

    my first hatch of quail had a p-poor hatch rate in my brinsea 20eco with auto turn. I followed manu's directions with only 1 h2o trough 2/3 full for first 15 days. Vent 2/3 closed. Cheap hygrometer read 30% humidity. Any body use different water amounts???.....was this most likely my problem...
