How to tell normal pecking order efforts from serious issues between two young cockerels/roosters?

In my experience over the last year or so I am somewhat of a newbie to raising chickens. I unfortunately bought a flock of Silkies to mix in with my flock and ended up with 6 Silkies Roos. I also have 2 Light Abrams Roos and 4 Olive egger Roos and 1 mixed Roo. And only 48 Hens. They all got...

    Question

That’s kinda what I was asking but I like my Brahma also lol I get attached to my kids. Just seems like the hens that were always with my RIR don’t want much to do with my Brahma. I will give it a week and see what happens I just have an open run and eagles and hawks around plus crows!

My Alpha Roo was challenged by my second in charge and lost!! The new Alpha doesn’t seem to have the respect of the hens and he doesn’t seem like he warns them of danger!! What do I do? I feel bad for the RIR Roo but my LT Brahma Roo is huge and the hens don’t seem to like him!!

    Helpful hints for building coops

I built my coop 16x21 I wanted my kids to have plenty of room. I keep taking in chickens lol. The only thing I wish I did was add a man door or bigger into their run. I am going to cut one in in the spring.

    Chicken cooks

So has anyone thought of putting a kitchen wood stove in their coop? I mean if we could teach the chickens to put the wood in and make us our eggs in the morning when we feed them!! Just joking all but I do wish they would some mornings hope this made you grin!!!!

    LGBT chickens? Is this possible?

Ok. I read somewhere that when you are absent a Roo after having one that the dominant Hen can actually change sex. They also in a few cases have fertilized eggs. I wish I could remember where I read this but its been months. I will see if I can find the article. This isn't the article I read...
