    The coop/main run are covered and walls are 1/2 hardware cloth with 1/2 " HC on the ground around the perimeter. The outer run has the chicken wire top and bottom and 1/2 HC around the bottom. At sun down we close the door to the outrun keeping them safe at night. Thank you for the reminders.

    We're in Viola just north of Felton. Just our coop / run are covered and all is covered by the plexi glass as shown. We do get alot of wind here, too much wind. West, north and a lot of east. These are our first chicks and first winter with them.
