    Thanks . I heard also if you grind up egg shells in their food, it offers extra calcium.

    Hi, I have 2 brown leg horns and 2 plymouth rocks, They are at the age of starting to lay eggs. :) but the eggs are very small. Is this normal?, will the eggs get larger?

    Leghorns

    Hi, I was wondering why my leghorns aren't so friendly and run from me? I saw somewhere that they were gentle birds, I was misinformed. Although I still love them, they are very skid dish, My Plymouth rocks, are great. cant wait for them to lay me some eggs.

    Ours are , Henrietta Worm , Matilda Farm, Chick Pee, and Kay Fry. ( we won't eat them just thought Kay Fry was funny). We love our chickens.

    New chick

    Hello , I'm a new chicken owner. I have 2 brown leghorns, and 2 Plymouth rocks. My rocks are very friendly but the leghorns are still a little skiddish. Hopefully they will get used to me. I ordered them from MO . They are doing very well , they are 1 month old .
