    i treated myself to some new chickens, a black rock, a speckledy and a light sussex. Driven home with all 3 in a cat box on the back seat, my little girls calls out the chicken has laid a egg, I thought na couldnt have, get home and one of them has laid hehe, least i know its happy to come home...

    i dont have the house room for more chicks or i would love too, i dunno about the wire cage cause we have had a couple of nights of frost wouldnt want her getting too cold. if she dont snap of of it when we are frost free i will try it, thank you for you advice,
