    Do chickens vomit?

    I picked up my new Silkie rooster to put him outside to scratch around for awhile, and he put his head down and it looked like water(?) coming out. Is this normal? I've only had him 2 days, and I'm keeping him and a hen away from the rest of my flock right now because they are still chicks...

    I made it out to Mountain City animal auction yesterday, and found my black silkies! I bought 2 roo's and one young hen. When I went to show my my dad my new babies, one of the roosters ran into the woods and I couldn't catch him :( we have a trap set now, but I don't expect to see him again...

    I did some research on everything, these are my first chicks, and I went with Cackle Hatchery. I e mailed MM several times asking questions, and their customer service sucked! My 10 little babies arrived at the post office on time, and stayed there in the warm, until I got there to pick them...
