- We raise chickens in my backyard and we sell the eggs to a local restaurant, thank goodness because my ladies like to produce!. They are such a source of fun and eye enjoyment..... watching them run with that little waddle they have cracks me up everytime. (and we all need a laugh in our lives) But since this began as a whim we are learning as we go...and I refer to this site for advise and read the stories a LOT!
