    Hi folks we have two barred rock hens and a rooster. Ok, we have seven eggs in the bator and two under a broody hen. All the eggs should be ready to hatch Thursday/Friday. In the coop there is no real way to separate or protect the broody hen and her eggs, from the other chickens. So...

    We have a broody Baird Rock. Having never dealt with a broody hen, or any hens for that matter, is there anything we need to do for her? like put food or water in the coop?
