Post-vet update!
She has pox, an upper respiratory infection, and coccidiosis. Poor girl just can’t catch a break. Treatment is tylan, amprolium, and eyedrops. Here is a picture of her poop for reference:
No lesions inside the beak I can see when I looked with a flashlight. I’ve been trying different combos of treats and regular feed separately and together intermittently, it’s just so hard to see her uninterested in eating.

I scare up 4-5 cockroaches in the coop every time I change the bedding, and everyone has a great time going after them. As long as the interior is dry and poop isn't allowed to build up a couple of bugs aren’t a problem.
