My renter wants to keep chickens I need to write an agreement on how many chicken (she wants 60 per year and keep 10 aver the winter) I think it is too many for one person
I don't want her to become commercial.
How far away from the house they should be kept. What kind of cleanliness I expect.
If I can charge her more for rent.
