I received 8 partridge wyandotte chicks from Brinkhaven Acres May 10th, so chicks are in the 6-7 week range. I’ve been going back and forth with which is which, it’s driving me crazy! Doesn’t help their feathers are coming in all sorts of random. What do you think?

Those photos are when they were around 5 months old, the pullets #1, 3 & 5 started laying soon after. It’s just 2&4 for cockerels!

Only curious...at least for now ;) If someone was to create an autosexing bantam breed, what would be ways to achieve this? What colors or breeds could be used to make this happen? Not alot of information I could get through google, so I’m asking here 😅

Thanks! I know it’s looks like I spelled it wrong (and that it’s a made-up name), and that they’re easter eggers. I was spelling it how tractor supply does on their signage, that’s why I put it in quotations and put easter egger in parentheses after. I didn't know if someone had any info on...

picked up these straight run chicks on fri from tractor supply, is wing sexing possible with them? I took pictures the next morning, dunno if that was too late.

I thought I incubated eggs from only my Bielefelder hens, but I’m starting to think I have only 1 pure biele chick. The other brown egg layers in my flock are production reds and a Rhode Island Red. My only rooster is pure Biele. Opinions?
