    Hello, this is our second year of having chickens. Got 5 last year in the spring and they have been laying for a year now. Then this spring we got 6 more who haven't started laying yet.     Found hidden nest, eggs ok to eat or toss?

    Saw hen come out from under our canoe and tipped it over and found 10 eggs. Should I toss or are they safe to eat? One was fresh but I'm not sure how long the other have been there.

    Asking for some help. Is this fowl pox? How do I treat or prevent rest of flock from getting this? What causes this? We have 5 hens almost 1.5 yrs old (these are 2 of 5), 1 cockerel and 5 pullets.

Have another one that is definitely a hen and is more red/brown with some black. They are both very good...
