    Is it safe to say that generally the roosters are light grey and black while the hens are dark grey and black? Sorry, for the double pictures and the poor quality! I guess you all know your stuff if you can tell from the photos!

    Thanks to all yr suggestions! I have placed golf balls in the nests and did find one egg next to one of them yesterday. But today, someone scratch all the hay out of the nests! It was all on the floor :( I will also add more light to the coop this evening to see if that helps!

    They range in about an acre of land.... If they are laying elsewhere the eggs would be impossible to find! How can I encourage them to lay in the nesting boxes?

    Hi! My husband recently purchased these beautiful ducks for my 3 year old daughter. ( she just had to have them, and is actually doing a great job taking care of them!) we were under the impression they were Indian Runners, but as they have matured I am almost positive that is not the case!
